  • Through this group interview, a reduction process is happening and we find the Top 10 most qualified candidates and they will be invited to attend Day 2: Selection Day.

  • Mission/Vision Presentation

  • Core Values and Work Ethic Screening

  • Panel interview with the entire Fortitude Team including Jessica Brothers
